Unprofessional staff that don’t provide you with necessary information, including when they change the time of your shuttle to the airport. Also, I was riding when by law every passenger and driver had to wear masks and turning the AC on wasn’t allowed on public transport. Well, the AC was on and no one besides me and the driver was wearing masks, and the driver couldn’t be bothered to tell people to put them on. Felt very unsafe.

Terrible terrible experience. We had a dangerous and very aggressive driver. All the way along the coast he drove at a really high speed not respecting any sign or the speed limits. When one of the passengers asked him to slow down the driver answered with insults and screaming, telling him to get off the minibus. Everybody in the shuttle was shocked and scared of saying anything to him. We really feared for our lives. Absolutely horrible.
